Hostel Manager
Hostel Manager is a unified SaaS ecosystem for student hostels and PG operations. It delivers a centralized Web Command Center for owners to manage multi-property buildings, rooms, beds, staff, and student lifecycles, alongside two dedicated mobile PWAs: a Staff Duty Portal for wardens and maintenance teams to track active shifts and resolve tasks, and a Student Living Portal for residents to manage room passes, dues ledgers, attendance, and instant notices.

The Problem
Hostel and PG owners relied on fragmented paper registers and WhatsApp groups to track admissions, staff tasks, student dues, and complaints, resulting in lost revenue, unresolved maintenance, and zero operational visibility.
My Role
Solo Full Stack Developer — architecture, owner web command center, staff duty PWA, student living PWA, database design, and multi-tenant security.
The Solution
Engineered a full 3-tier platform: 1) A comprehensive Owner Web Command Center to manage property hierarchies (Building → Floor → Room → Bed), student admissions, staff shifts, recurring fee ledgers, and live audit logs; 2) A dedicated Staff Duty PWA for operational task execution, shift tracking, and ticket resolution; and 3) A Student Living PWA for instant resident self-service.
